This is not introductory equity training.

It is a facilitated peer space for leaders already engaged in equity work who are looking to work through real organizational tensions, implementation challenges, and leadership decisions with others operating at a similar stage of practice.

Across three facilitated sessions, a small cohort of leaders engages in candid discussion, practical reflection, and peer learning grounded in real organizational situations.

Cohorts are intentionally curated to bring together leaders from organizations already engaged in equity work and navigating the complexities of implementation, decision-making, and organizational change.
